This spacious room offers guests the luxury of either twin or king size bed, a private balcony and en suite bathroom with under floor heating. The antique yellow wood table, easy chairs and large cupboard space makes this room a favourite with our business guests and those who making use of the villa to relax and enjoy a longer stay. The balcony provides views of Elsies peak.
Fish Hoek beach can be reached after only a 5 - 6 minute walk from the Villa.

Please note that we do not accept arrivals and departures on Christmas and New Years day.

Over the Easter Period a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
